  • Who are Genosys products aimed at?
    Genosys products are designed for anyone who wants to improve their skin's quality using formulas derived from professional aesthetics. They are suitable for all skin types, even sensitive skin.

  • Do you need to have already had microneedling done to use your products?
    Not at all! Although some products are designed to optimize the results of microneedling, they can absolutely be used alone, at home, as part of a classic skincare routine.

  • Are your products dermatologically tested?
    Yes. All our products comply with European standards and are dermatologically tested. Genosys is a brand that has been used in aesthetic clinics for over 10 years.

  • Are they clean?
    95% of the range is formulated without parabens, mineral oils, synthetic fragrances, or SLS/SLES. No unnecessary ingredients, just the essentials for your skin.

2. Delivery & Refunds

  • Where do you deliver?
    We deliver worldwide (shipping costs however vary depending on the country).

  • What are the delivery times?
    Due to high demand, orders are currently being processed within 5 to 6 business days. Delivery times are then generally 2 to 4 business days via Chronopost.

  • Can I modify or cancel my order?
    If your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can modify it. Contact us as soon as possible at administratif@capactuel.com with your order number.

  • What if a product doesn't suit me?
    You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return unopened products in their original packaging. Refunds are issued after receipt and verification.

  • I am a healthcare or beauty professional, can I order as a professional?

  • Can I resell Genosys products in my institute/office?
    Absolutely. We offer special conditions for authorized resellers and partners. Contact us at administratif@capactuel.com for more information.

  • Do you offer training courses?

    Cap Actuel is based in Paris, France. All our products are shipped from our warehouse located in the Paris region.
